                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO 
                   ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH DERTHICK, 
                   HENLEY & WILKERSON, RELATIVE TO THE 
                   OBSERVANCE AND EVALUATION OF REMEDIAL WORK 
                   ON THE HVAC SYSTEM AT 535 CHESTNUT STREET, 
                   FOR A CONSIDERATION OF EIGHT THOUSAND, NINE 
                   HUNDRED FORTY-ONE AND NO/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($8,941.00).
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to enter into an 
       Agreement with Derthick, Henley & Wilkerson, relative to the 
       observance and evaluation of remedial work on the HVAC system at 
       535 Chestnut Street, for a consideration of $8,941.00.
